- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
- All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- dd4444 does not charge any deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may impose its own charges.
- Deposits are credited to your dd4444 balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile financial service payments.

Withdrawals & Payout Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dd4444 account. No third-party withdrawals will be processed.
- Before any withdrawal is approved, dd4444 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation, including a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times during peak periods or for larger amounts may vary.

- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and account status.
- Where an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, all bets will be settled in accordance with dd4444's event cancellation policy, which may result in stakes being returned.

Clause 10
Account Closure & Termination
Either party may close a dd4444 account at any time. The following conditions apply:

- dd4444 may suspend or permanently close an account with immediate effect in cases of: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or at the discretion of the platform's risk management team.
- Where an account is closed by dd4444 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.
- Following account closure, dd4444 will retain player data for a period required by applicable law and its internal record-keeping policies.
Clause 11
Intellectual Property
All content on the dd4444 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of dd4444 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any dd4444 content without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and dd4444, the following process applies:

- dd4444 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
- Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, dd4444 may propose alternative dispute resolution mechanisms at its discretion.
Important Notes
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dd4444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing by dd4444.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
dd4444 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in the event of a business restructuring, merger, or acquisition, without prior notice to players.
